Why is your research important?
My research focuses on the advancement of algorithms, both by developing new ones and enhancing the capabilities of existing algorithms, with the primary objective of efficiently processing emerging data and models. I place particular emphasis on utilising these algorithms to address practical issues encountered in real-world scenarios. Lately, I have been particularly enthusiastic about utilising my expertise to tackle the challenges facing utility-scale photovoltaic plants to become cheaper and even more reliable.
What do you like about research?
Every phase of applying algorithms to novel problems presents a unique set of challenges, yet it is an immensely gratifying endeavour. I derive great pleasure from delving into these quandaries and finding effective solutions.
What do you like to do when you are not saving the world?
Learning new technologies, cooking, playing chess, and biking.
